We're building a curated marketplace where independent businesses can reach shoppers through Shop SHAI while remaining responsible for their own approved products, inventory, shipping and product support.

We're reviewing a small initial group of vendors. Tell us about your business and the products you want to sell. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a seller account or authorize listings.

What to include
- Business name, country of operation and contact information.
- Product categories, a sample catalogue or your existing store link.
- Where orders ship from, which countries you serve, handling times and shipping approach.
- Your return process, customer-support arrangements and any product compliance information relevant to Canadian sales.
How the seller programme works
We review each application for product fit, shipping reliability, consumer protection and operational readiness. Approved vendors receive their seller access and onboarding requirements through our marketplace system. Product listings remain subject to review.
Commissions, any seller fees, payment settlement timing, returns allocation and fulfillment obligations will be disclosed and agreed before products are activated. No fee is charged merely for sending an enquiry.
We welcome established suppliers and independent makers, including First Nations-owned businesses, provided products and shipping arrangements meet our marketplace standards.
Shop SHAI is operated under Sacred Homes. The marketplace pilot does not alter existing Shop SHAI retail orders or Shopify Collective supplier arrangements.
